Wayne has 45 years in general management, sales leadership, and new start-up companies in both publicly traded and privately held firms. He started his first staffing business in 1968, growing into 35 offices in 12 states and successfully selling it to his 13 partners. From there, Williamson was recruited to manage the sales for the 400 offices of Snelling and Snelling, Inc.

After serving for nearly two years, Williamson returned to Louisiana and once again built his staffing business to 35 offices and $48 million in sales before selling to a Japanese company in 2003. He continued to run that business, reaching a new high of 90 offices and $220 million in sales with over 600 employees; shortly after his retirement in January 2010, Williamson chose to continue his work through Vistage International.

Williamson is currently the North Louisiana Chair for the largest CEO organization in the world, Vistage. He launched his first group of CEO’s in September 2010.

Williamson has an MBA from Pepperdine University and BS in Accounting from Northwestern State University. He has been active in the staffing industry associations, serving as President of the Louisiana group for two terms, is a former board member of the Monroe Chamber of Commerce, has 25 years in Rotary International, and chaired the Downtown Economic Development District for four years.

Williamson is married to Kathy Barmore and they have four children, who are active in the Monroe business community. They also have 12 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.


Larry Seab is a CPA (inactive) and a member in good standing with the LA State Board of CPA’s. He has over ten years experience in public practice as a CPA gaining vast experience in the operations of many types of businesses as their CPA, auditor, and tax preparer. He also has the highest certification available in HR as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).

Mr. Seab’s experience includes over 25 years in private business providing accounting services, preparation of financial statements, cash-flow statements, budgets, as well as consulting in financing, tax structures for individuals, corporations, limited liability companies (LLC’s), partnerships, Homeowner Associations (HOA’s) and 501c3 non-profit organizations.

Mr. Seab’s has been instrumental in the successful operations of over 20 companies ranging from international, national, and local telecommunication companies, food and beverage operations, retail clothing stores, sales and marketing of specialty products, home health services, and office supplies. Companies ranging in size from one-man operations to companies with several hundred employees have benefited from Mr. Seab’s assistance. Services provided consist of site locations, employee recruiting, interviews and hiring, adhering to federal and state human resource policies, selection and implementation of bookkeeping and accounting records, using manual records, Excel, Quickbooks, Peachtree, and Great Plains (MAS).

Mr. Seab continues to provide hands-on services to many companies and to others, simply as an advisor or consultant. Expertise with flexibility in services provided is tailored to the individual client.
